Over centuries, Arabic rhetoric was accused of stagnation in its rules and method, as well as not being able to keep up with the updates of the current era that is witnessing a huge development in sciences, approaches, literature and arts.

therefore, it was a must for this latter to keep up with this development and get along with these events.

renewing Arabic rhetoric was, and still is, one of the important issues in Arabic life, literarily and culturally.

despite all what was written on it, it is still in need of research that is why, this study's aim is to discover the most important calls in the rhetorical renewing in Arabian area and to present a study in its reasons, motives and goals, in order to know what it presented in the theoretical side and the applied one.
