The genetic imprint (DNA) has demonstrated its role in detecting difficult crimes.
One of the most important objectives of the genetic fingerprint is to detect the perpetrators of mysterious crimes.
After the adoption of Law No.
16/03 Algeria, the genetic fingerprint was adopted as a means of proof, despite all the problems it raises, particularly with regard to the violation of the physical integrity of the human person, as stipulated in the Constitution.
