تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى محاولة التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس Bar-on للذكاء الانفعالي في البيئة الجزائرية و ذلك من خلال تطبيقه على عينة قوامها 200 طالب و طالبة اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية النسخة 22 وتوصلت الدراسة الى توفر المقياس على معاملات صدق مقبولة (صدق الاتساق الداخلي- صدق المقارنة الطرفية) كذلك تمتعه بمعاملات ثبات مقبولة ( التجزئة النصفية- ألفا كرونباخ) و هو ما يسمح بالوثوق في نتائج استخدام مقياس بار-اون على البيئة الجزائرية.
Abstract EN
The present study aims at trying to ascertain the psychometric characteristics of the Bar-On scale of emotional intelligence in the Algerian environment through applying it to a sample of 200 students.
The study relied on the descriptive approach.
The statistical package for social sciences was used.
Acceptable (true internal consistency - validated peripheral comparison) as well as acceptable stability coefficients (alpha-alpha-cronbach), which allows the results of using the bar-on scale to be applied to the Algerian environment.
