This research paper examines the nature of Internet contracts through Islamic jurisprudence and legal approach by searching for the appropriate description of automated Internet contracts, these contracts that constitute today the largest forms of Internet contracts through electronic shopping sites.

The paper concluded that the automated Internet contracts is considered as an ordinary contracts through an electronic intermediary that transmit the will, and as a result, their rules are the same as those of ordinary contracts made by writing, mail and gesture, these rules are mentioned in the books of jurisprudence and Islamic law.
