أثر تطبيق التأمين التكنولوجي في دعم نشاط شركات التأمين: دراسة عدد من شركات التأمين في الجزائر

Abstract EN

The appearance of emerging tech-companies in the sector of insurance has brought major changes at a global level, especially in developed countries.

these companies seek to facilitate the provision of insurance services at fair prices and minimal cost.

in Algeria, insurance companies continue to operate in accordance with the traditional paper system, whereas they must converge into adopting a more technological system of insurance.

the study aims at identifying the impact of technology on the insurance companies’ activity, in Algeria.

we have relied on a descriptive analytical approach.

the study sample included 70 employers from different insurance companies in Algeria, and the data were analyzed using SPSS.

the study concluded that insurance technology contributed to the reduction of the insurance services price, the recruiting of new customers, and the enhancement of companies’ competitiveness.

furthermore, the application of insurance technology contributed to an increase in the companies’ absorptive capacity and skills.
