حاولت هذه الدراسة توضيح أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء عمال الصحة من خلال دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية باتنة.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل من خلال (العوامل البيئية العوامل التنظيمية أحداث الحياة) على أداء عمال الصحة بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية باتنة.
و في ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات حسب ما يتمتع به المركز من إمكانات.
Abstract EN
The study aims to show the impact of work stress on the performance of health workers through an empirical study at the university hospital center of Batna state.
the study concluded that there is an impact of work stress with statistical significance regarding environmental, organizational factors and life events on health workers at the university hospital center of Batna state.
in the light of these findings some suggestions have been provided in accordance with the center's capability.
