Requires the usual management of common money the exploitation of all partners of that money as an asset, but the partners' intentions often differ with regard to this exploitation, so that it is practically difficult to reconcile them all, so the Algerian legislator adopted the rule of majority-within the framework of the usual management-to face these difficulties, which find their practical applications in several forms, the most important of which is the image management of common money by way of rent, or the form of an agreement of partners members of the same family voluntarily to establish family ownership, which is considered common temporarily and managed by the majority of partners.
