in view of the multiplicity of professional and unprofessional risks that threaten workers and institutions, and in order to avoid their social and economic consequences and risks; it is necessary to adopt a legislative policy and to dedicate it practically by imposing and tightening control, defining responsibilities of partners, in the context of working relationships, and on another level, promoting information and awareness in this field.
