Abstract EN

The subject of conducting medical and scientific experiments on the human body in our time raises the problem of oscillation between two interdependent goals, there is the individual freedom of the person, and what it requires of respect for physical integrity, and not to infringe upon it, except in what achieves a higher interest recognized by law, and between the freedom of scientific research and what it requires from the release the doctor’s freedom to conduct this experiments on his body, which led to legal problems due to the misuse of these experiments and the diffrents risks that result from them, it limits compromising the integrity and infallibility of the body, which is what the Algerian legislator resorted to in issuing the new health law 18-11 regulating the issue of conducting medical experiments to the extent necessary and sufficient to protect the right of the human body from medical practices.
