Undoubtedly ;the recognition of human right to water in international charters and legislations is one of the most important issues in the field of human rights which are strongly interconnected and indivisible.

on this basis , the lack of water as a vital right to life makes the other rights meaningless since these rights depend on one another directly or indirectly.

To save the human race from extinction and maintain its constant survival on earth, the internatoinal community has rushed to adopt new laws and legislations which will protect the individual’s right to water and drive different countries to do their best in order to provide the population with this indispensible elements of life both in time of peace and armed conflicts.

concequently ,the fourth geneva agreement that was made in 1949 has saved the water facilities around the world from any assault ever since.
