From this point of view, the importance of judicial control appears in laying the foundations of the rule of law, and thus judicial control is one of the most effective forms of control as it is far from partisan whims, Through this study, we try to show the scope and limits of judicial control over the actions of the President of the Republic as the only representative of the nation elected by universal suffrage and constitutionally charged with ensuring respect for the provisions of the Constitution, In addition the various regulating and controlling means of the supervision framework over the actions of the President of the Republic.
