This study aims to identify the impact of technological innovation on the global performance of its dimensions (the economic dimension, the environmental dimension and the social dimension) in the Eldar Elbaida pharmaceutical Production Unit of the Saidal Complex.

and to answer the problem of study and test hypotheses the questionnaire was relied upon to collect scientific material, and the results of the study were analyzed using the (SPSS), where the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant effect of technological innovation on the economic and social dimension of the institution in question; and the ence of a statistically significant effect of technological innovation on the environmental dimension of the institution.

The study concluded that environmental and social performance should be improved by adopting the idea of green innovation.
