هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة تأثير الإتصال الداخلي على أبعاد الالتزام التنظيمي حسب نموذج (Allen & Meyer) بالتطبيق على المجمع الصناعي للبلاستيك و المطاط (ENPC)بولاية سطيف (الجزائر) الذي من خلاله تم تجميع 89 استبيانا أجاب عنه عينة من العاملين بالمجمع وتم تحليل البيانات بالاعتماد على برنامج (spss) الذي مكننا من التوصل إلى وجود تأثير موجب للاتصال الداخلي على الالتزام التنظيمي بمختلف أبعاده و لكن بدرجة اكبر نوعا ما على الالتزام العاطفي
Abstract EN
The study aimed to know the effect of internal communication on the dimensions of organizational commitment (OC) according to the (Allen & Meyer) model in the industrial complex for plastics and rubber (ENPC) in Setif (Algeria).
For that, a questionnaire gathered from 89 workers in the industrial complex under study, and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by the spss program.
It was concluded that the internal communication has a positive effect on organizational commitment's dimentions, and it was noted that the degree of influence was higher on affective commitment.
