Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the impact of strategic flexibility on creative problem-solving skills To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of workers, which consisted of three parts; The first one was related to personal data, the second It includes questions about strategic flexibility, and the last part aimed at identifying the level of availability of creative problem-solving skills.

In order to analyze the results, the descriptive statistical analysis, the analysis of variance for regression, was used.

One of the most important results of the study was the presence of a statistically significant impact of strategic flexibility and all its dimensions in developing creative problem-solving skills, to conclude the study with suggestions, the most important of which is the need to find mechanisms to increase the organization's flexibility in its dimensions represented in productivity flexibility, marketing flexibility, structural flexibility, human resource flexibility and information flexibility.

In addition the necessity of developing creative problem solving skills, through freedom of opinion and overcoming any fears that impede criticism of ideas.
