Abstract EN

This study aims to reach a genuine and comprehensive understanding of the reengineering process through the Framework ‘conceptions for this process.

This study is aimed to find the difficulties facing these companies in implementing such a process on the ground, and to put the spot lights on the factors that will achieve its success, including the desired objectives.

We have followed the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire and counter-study.

We have reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Algerian executives have an interest in the sum of strategies that lead to positive and effective change of institutions, including the reengineering of operations.

They also believe that they are one of the active and positive processes.

They also believe that these frameworks are necessary for the majority of institutions, if not all, but they face a number of obstacles that prevent the real and full implementation of this process.

The process of thinking and planning, and its frameworks are not involved.
