This research paper falls within the studies concerned with trade union organizations by analyzing and describing their impact on the decision-making process, as well as identifying the reality of labor participation between workers and management.

The data was processed statistically by relying on the spss program to unload the form for analysis by using arithmetic averages and standard deviations, where the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the labor union and the decision-making process, and on the contrary, it was found that there are no statistically significant differences between labor participation and decision-making In the institution, which indicates that personal communication processes have an impact on decision-making due to the factors of kinship, favoritism and friendship, which affect the effectiveness of the institution.
