This study aims to know the extent of commitment to professional ethics in the public hospital institution Ahmed Medaghri (Ain Temouchent), especially in the difficult circumstances that Algeria experienced as a result of the repercussions of the corona pandemic, and also highlighted the critical importance of professional ethics in the life of the public employee, which has become one of the legal and regulatory requirements that various public administrations seek to consolidate it within their organizational culture and within the framework of what is known as the moral and social responsibility of the organization.

the study concluded that the employees of this institution and their various categories are highly committed to the ethical principles of the profession, and they are fully aware of the importance of this commitment to their personal and professional lives.
