هذه الورقة عبارة عن مقال لمعرفة إلى أي مدى كانت انتخابات الرابع من مايو 2017 حرة و نزيهة و شفافة و ذات مصداقية.
و هل عززت ثقة الجمهور و المشاركة الانتخابية و خففت من احتمال نشوب نزاع متعلق بالانتخابات ؟ في النهاية، و هل عززت هذه الانتخابات من تبادل الخبرات حول التطور الديمقراطي ؟ و في هذا السياق, حاولت التركيز على الحاجة إلى مراجعة قانون الانتخابات الذي أظهر محدودية فعاليته.
نظرا لأن المجتمع العالمي أصبح مترابطا بشكل متزايد و لفتت الأحداث الانتخابية في كل مكان انتباه عامة الناس.
Abstract EN
This paper is an essay to know to what extent the election of 4th of May 2017 was free, fair, transparent and credible.
did it promote public confidence and electoral participation and mitigate the potential for election related conflict ? in the end, did this election enhance the sharing of experiences about democratic development ? in this context, I have tried to focus on the need to review the electoral law that had showed its limited efficacity.
as the global community has become increasingly interconnected and election events everywhere have captured the attention of the general public.
