Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the correlation between parenting styles and school violence among adolescents, and to achieve this goal, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (120) male and female students, who were randomly selected (from the high school of Mohous, Burj al-Kifan).

the results indicated an inverse correlation between parenting styles and school violence, and there were gender differences in school violence in favor of males, no gender differences in parenting styles, and a correlation between school violence and each of the following parenting styles: rejection, protection excess, neglect, equality, discouragement, encouragement.
