يعتبر سعر الصرف من المتغيرات الأساسية التي تعتمد عليها الدول في توجيه نشاطها الاقتصادي و تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحليل علاقة سعر الصرف بالتضخم و متغيرات التوازن الخارجي حيث توصلت إلى أنه رغم تطبيق الجزائر لسياسة تخفيض الدينار إلا أنها لم تستطيع تحقيق الهدف المنشود في كبح التضخم و زيادة الإيرادات بسبب التدخل الحكومي من جهة و عدم تنوع هيكل الإنتاج و قصوره إلى جانب ارتفاع أسعار الواردات من جهة أخرى.
Abstract EN
The exchange rate plays a major role as it affects the macroeconomic variables and the volume of foreign trade, and this study aims to analyze the determinants of the exchange rate and its relationship to both inflation and external balance variables, and concluded that Algeria’s implementation of the policy of reduction did not enable it to curb inflation and maximize revenues due to intervention Governmental and non-diversified production structure and its shortcomings on the one hand and high import prices on the other hand.
