تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تعزيز الشعور بالانتماء التنظيمي لدى العامين في مؤسسة CACOBATPH البليدة و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وقد تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج (spss).
خلصت الدراسة إلى : وجود علاقة إيجابية ضعيفة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية و الانتماء التنظيمي لدى العامين.
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the role of the quality of work life in enhancing the sense of organizational belonging among the employees in CACOBATPH Blida institution.
To achieve the objectives of this study, descriptive analytical method was relied on, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for study, and data was analyzed by (SPSS) program.
The study concluded that there is a weak positive relationship between quality of work life and organizational belonging among the employees.
