تعتبر مادة الحليب منتوج أساسي في نمط إستهلاك الفرد الجزائري كونها أحد المصادر الطاقوية للبروتين و الذي يرتبط بالصحة العامة للانسان و نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الفجوة الغذائية للحليب في الجزائر و تشخيص العوامل المحددة للمشكلة الغذائية و التي ساهمت في زيادة الواردات من الحليب و كذلك استشراف الانتاج و الفجوة الحليبية افاق 2022 باستخدام منهجية "بوكس-جينكينز".
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر ستبقى في مجال انتاج الحليب بعيدة عن تسجيل مستوىات مقبولة من الاكتفاء الذاتي و تلجأ الجزائر لسد هذا العجز في الانتاج إلى الاستيراد من الخارج.
و يعتبر ارتفاع أسعار الأعلاف و انخفاض جودتها وكميتها المشكلة الرئيسية التي تواجه القطاعو هو السبب في تراجع معدل إنتاج الأبقار الجزائرية
Abstract EN
Through this study, we aim to analyze the reality of milk nutritional gap in Algeria and identify the specific factors of the nutritional problem which contributed to increasing milk imports.
As well as forecasting production and milk gap in the horizon of 2022, using the "Box-Jenkins" method.
The study concluded that Algeria will remain far from registering acceptable levels of self-sufficiency in the field of milk production, and it will resort to importing to cover this deficit.
Due to fodder high prices, low quality and quantity that constitute the main problem the sector faces, the rate of Algerian cows production has decreased.
