The aim of this study is to find out the impact of knowledge sharing on the performance of the university professor at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, Where the questionnaire was used as a key tool for collecting information, The study concluded that there is a high level of knowledge sharing among the teachers of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, The correlation between knowledge sharing as an independent variable and the performance of the university professor as a variable has a strong positive relationship, the study recommended that research should be submitted on the university's website to increase knowledge sharing
