The current international environment is characterized by intense competition for foreign capital between various developed and developing countries alike.

this is as a result of the important role played by foreign investment in providing the financing required for establishing productive projects, transferring technology, contributing to raising incomes and living standards, creating more job opportunities, strengthening production bases, improving skills and managerial ability, and achieving competitive advantages in the field of export and marketing; and achieving economic diversification amounts to the law of saturation and marketing.
