This article aims to address the socio-organizational reality of informal organizations and their implications for the effectiveness of administrative management in the institution, given that the effectiveness is linked to the nature of the interaction between social culture and organizational culture, and the format of formal and informal relations that link actors within the various administrative levels.

within this context, the study concluded that the formation of informal organizations and the association of their members with a system of regional and kinship ties, fellowship and interest relations, contribute to obstructing the structure of the organizational system and affecting the effectiveness of administrative management, which is reflected in the impact on promotion and employment processes, and the decision process, in addition to forms of exercising power within the organization.
