This study aims at highlighting the manifestations of the protection guaranteed by international conventions and the Algerian law for the refugee children, from all kinds of violence that they can face.

the problematic raised is about the extent of sufficiency of the protection recognized for the refugee child in the international conventions and the Algerian law.

the study concluded that, in spite of recognizing a special protection for the refugee children, in accordance with the international conventions, and the stipulation of their protection by the Algerian legislator explicitly, for the first time, under law No.
