in the modern era, many Arab linguists have benefited from what the west has reached in phonology, to the close connection between sound and significance, and among them al-Rafii, who was keen to address this idea from his point of view and from its realization and taste.

to what extent was al-Rafii able to invest antecedents' ideas about the system of the Quran according to the requirements of the modern era based on what he called the musical system ?
