Abstract EN

Given the importance of the concept "intellectual capital" which represents the intangible side, on which modern companies and institutions have become almost dependent, in order to develop their production, marketing, or other capacities which are part of the development of company at all levels, and can be defined as an invisible part in the company, which has the capacity to control and strengthen the financial aspects of it.

this paper investigates the factors that explain this concept and we ended up rely on the five indicators or components, namely: Attractiveness, polarization, preservation, activation and beneficiaries who represent the intellectual capital or knowledge aspect of the company, ensuring by the technique of confirmatory factor analysis in based on previous studies, and this in the field of telecommunications by carrying out a study at the level of Algeria telecom.
