this will later develop into a form of physical, mental or psychological disability or deviation.

there is no doubt that strong legal safeguards will prevent young people from getting into the world of criminality or becoming homeless.

to simply specify kids with rights are meretricious unless protectionist texts are stated to safeguard these rights against abuse and exploitation, nor will these texts be of any help if the public deterrence is not achieved for the parents and the children alike, both parents and employers deprive minors from the most basic rights that are divine and ordered by competent international treaties, in addition, they both exploit the minors for profits by violating laws and regulations related to work mechanisms.
