نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى إبراز مختلف العوامل التي تؤثر على أداء المرأة لأدوارها الأسرية التقليدية في ظل التغيرات والتطورات التي خضع لها المجتمع الجزائري، والقيام بوصف وتحليل العلاقة بين المتغيرات من خلال الاستعانة بالأساليب والاختبارات الإحصائية التي نثبت من خلالها مدى صحة الفرضيات المصاغ.
بينت نتائج البحث تراجع أداء المرأة لأدوارها الأسرية التقليدية المتعلقة برعاية الأبناء والأعمال المنزلية وتغير كيفية ممارستها لهذه الأدوار، وكذلك تراجع مهامها ومسؤولياتها تجاه عائلة الزوج، حيث أصبحت الروابط الأسرية تتسم بالضعف والسطحية، ويرجع أسباب التغير إلى خروج المرأة للعمل وتغير بنية الأسرة نحو النمط النووي، كما أن البدائل المتوفرة في المجتمع كتنوع الخدمات وتوفر الوسائل التكنولوجية وتغير نمط التفكير تعتبر من العوامل التي ساهمت كذلك في تغير الأدوار الأسرية التقليدية للمرأة.
Abstract EN
This study aims at identifying the extent to which women are exercising their traditional family roles and factors that affect the fulfilment of their roles in light of changes and shifts to which the Algerian society was subject to.
a combination of survey tests and methods were used to describe and analyze the relation among these variables.
the study results show a decline of women's roles in care and childrearing, housework, a shift in the way exercising these roles and weak family ties.
this change is due to women's exodus to work, a change in family structure, availability and diversity of service providers, the use of modern technologies that save time and effort and essentially a changing thinking pattern while seeking modern lifestyles.
