The legislator has put in place institutional mechanisms aimed at cleansing private real estate property through the preparation of the general survey of lands and the establishment of the real estate registry and the conduct of the real estate investigation.

These mechanisms are represented by the Land Survey Committee, the State Property and Real Estate Administration Departments, and the Real Estate Governorate, where this research aims to shed light on them and their role in doing so.
