Schools and educational institutions in developed countries have adopted a large number of modern educational strategies, in order to gain maximum benefit from them, accustomed to the educational process of learning.

the "flipped classroom" strategy is one of these preferred options for these schools in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

this strategy relied heavily on technological development.

it was called the "flipped" classroom ; since it entirely depends on the "reversal" of the traditional method used to send and receive information between the teacher and the learner, where the teacher here relies on the use of modern technology, in order to improve the degree of efficiency and participation in achieving the results of the educational process.

and the problem of “inverted education” remains, occupying a rank between the two levels.

the adoption of this approach in educational institutions continues to oscillate between the challenges of administration and the reality of the constraints of education, in which teachers and professors seek to integrate information technologies.
