from this point of view, the ottoman documents files that are available to the national library in Hama-Algiers-were one of the important sources in the history of ottoman Algeria, as they represented that information balance that provided researchers with accurate and clear information on various aspects, whether political, military, economic or social.

from here, we must research its content, study its technical characteristics, and take care of it in order to rebuild an Algerian historical school, especially in the modern era.
