This study aims to highlight the role of crowdfunding platforms in financing emerging projects, focusing on the pioneering models in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where, in this context, the case of Algeria was mentioned.

The descriptive-analytical method is used as an appropriate method to answer the problematic of the study, relying on some statistics and reports that serve the subject.

The study found that the leading crowdfunding platforms in Saudi Arabia and the UAE have contributed to many of the reviewed initiatives related to financing start-ups.

In addition, there is an important and essential role for the modern applications of crowdfunding platforms in supporting and financing emerging projects in the two countries.

However, with regard to crowdfunding platforms in Algeria, they still lack effectiveness and development in their performance due to the ence of a legislative and regulatory framework for crowdfunding method in the country.
