This article reviews the critical linguistic discourse of (Mustapha Galfan) by following the critical process through which he dealt with the circumstances of receiving this knowledge in the Arab linguistic culture.

this study has taken into account, with some detail, the method of Mustapha Galfan in his evaluation of the Arab linguistic discourse and has tried to know the critic's causes of choosing his classification and his different views.

the study is an attempt to build a critical evaluative approach of Arab linguistics that criticizes Arab linguistic efforts and puts them on the right path in order to handle different linguistic problems.
