This article deals with the reality of divorced woman and the impact of her literary expression in the story of “divorce” by the writer Dihya Lwiz ; published in 2013 with the story group “Union buds” “Ifsan n tmurt” and it examines the manifestations of conflicting resistance in the society of rejection, condemnation, the unique feminine challenge and the specifities of the Amazighian woman story as well as its role in dismantling the contemporary of Algerian woman.

one of the useful characteristics of this study is to show that the writer adopted the logic of deconstructing the representation of feminist discourse and his attempt to transcend the stereotypical image of the divorced woman and to transform it into the question of the center, of the said and liberated, as part of the sense of depth, fluidity and clarity characterizing the story Algerian feminist.
