إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة يكمن في معرفة ما مدى التزام ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري بمعايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في قطاع البناء بالشكل الذي يساهم في كسب ميزة تنافسية تعمل على إرضاء الزبون و تجعل من ديوان الترقية ديوانا صديقا للبيئة.
و من خلال عينة متكونة من 53 فرد تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS الطبعة 20 تم التوصل إلى أنه رغم التزام الديوان بتطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة إلا أن الأداء يبقى مترديا في بيئة تنافسية لا تعترف إلا بالأفضل
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to find out the extent to which the real estate promotion and management authority complies with the standards of overall quality management in the construction sector in a way that contributes to a competitive advantage that works to satisfy the customer and makes the board of promotion an environmentally friendly Diwan.
with a sample of 53 individuals Analysed using SPSS 20th edition, it was found that, despite the Diwan's commitment to applying overall quality management standards, performance remains in a competitive environment that only recognizes the best.
