Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a common musculoskeletal problem in individuals worldwide.

It results in stopping work, regression in movement and a feeling of depression or anxiety, and because of its wide spread and unknown causes, it places a great burden on specialists and health policy holders in determining its exact causes and effective methods to control it in the future.

This paper aims to illustrate the concept of pain and the difference between chronic and acute pain, how to control and manage chronic pains, specifically chronic lower back pain.
