Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship of both psychological resilience and the trait of hope to the quality of life of health care workers during the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, in addition to identifying the differences in these variables among the sample members according to gender, age and professional experience.

to achieve these goals we relied on the Descriptive approach and nonparametric statistical methods.

the result showed that both resilience and hope are related to the quality of life, in addition to the presence of differences in these variables according to age and professional experience, while there are no statistically significant differences in resilience, hope, Overall Quality of Life and General Health due to gender
