إن تغير المناخ مسألة جدية سببها الرئيسي انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة بشرية المنشأ.
حيث ازداد تواتر الظواهر الجوية بالغة الشدة و ارتفاع مستويات سطح البحر و الكوارث الطبيعية و الفيضانات و موجات الحرارة و الجفاف و التصحر و نقص المياه و انتشار الأمراض المدارية و الأمراض المحمولة بالنواقل فكل هذه الظواهر تعرض للخطر بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر التمتع الكامل و الفعال بمجموعة كبيرة من حقوق الإنسان لعل أهمها : الحق في الحياة و الحق في الحصول على المياه و خدمات الصرف الصحي و الحق في الغذاء و الحق في الصحة و الحق في السكن و الحق في تقرير المصير و الحق في الثقافة و الحق في التنمية

Climate change is a serious issue, mainly caused by anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases.
As the frequency of extreme weather events and natural disasters, rising sea levels, floods, heat waves, droughts, desertification and water shortages, and the spread of tropical diseases and vector-borne diseases, these phenomena directly and indirectly endanger the full and effective enjoyment of a variety of human rights, perhaps the most important of which are: the right The right to life, the right to water and sanitation, the right to food, the right to health, the right to housing, the right to self-determination, the right to culture, the right to development

Le changement climatique est un problème causé principalement par les émissions anthropiques de gaz à effet de serre.
