Abstract EN

Digital technology are now imposing itself on most aspects of life.

One of its rhythms is increasing and causing confusion, especially in what is digital litérature; the number, in its relation to literature, is not considered q mere the prises of number in itself, but rather a description of both the medium and the nature that it draws upon and takes for creativity in publishing.

This has made the adoption of the new digital literature in the Arab League an inevitable necessity and the first priority, just like pace with to keep its Western counterparts, which is the technological development on the level of the computerised digital field, acntribution that has beenqble the wideningof the digital diviide.
