The poetic image is an important and essential element of the poetic construction, beside the poetic rhythm in its internal and external music, and all these elements overlap to give the poem its aesthetic, and this image is linked to another element that makes it more interactive, which is the imagination without which we cannot give a creative process to poetry , which is the difference between the language of publication and the language of poetry.

Metaphor and imagination on the basis of which there is an influence and attraction to the recipient, and on this basis the poetic image has been able to occupy great importance in the poetic work, and its prominent place among the ancient and modern critics and scholars.

And even the environment, so we wanted to shed light on the concept of the poetic image from various perspectives, and because poetry is in fact based on the image since it existed until today, which is what we will see through the characteristics and definitions between the old and the modern.
