Abstract EN

The main objective of this study is to identify the requirements for adopting knowledge management, by providing its various foundations, starting with changing the existing organizational structure, then building an appropriate organizational culture that encourages knowledge sharing, to providing the technological infrastructure that represents the physical framework for knowledge management, and finally to Formulating a knowledge management strategy.

Through the results of the statistical analysis, our study concluded that these are the four main foundations that economic institutions must adopt in order to establish the requirements of knowledge management.
