Abstract EN

This study aims to establish a theoretical and analytical foundation for crowdfunding platforms in general and Islamic platforms in particular as one of the most innovative financing mechanisms available nowadays.

The study showed the importance of Islamic crowdfunding platforms and their role in funding many economic and development projects.

It examined ETHIS platform for Islamic crowdfunding in the Asian region, which contributed to the completion of many development and housing projects that helped to improve the living standards of the population and to bridge the funding gap between government and private investments in the region.
