Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of the human resource of the higher education sector with a focus on the faculty of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Biskra, by addressing the most important basic concepts related to both knowledge management and the performance of the human resource in the higher education sector.

the study found a role for the dimensions of knowledge management respectively (distribution, storage, acquisition, generation and, last place, application of knowledge) in improving the application of knowledge) The performance of the human resource in the higher education sector, in the end the study suggests that the university give distinguished professors with great experience and knowledge greater importance and work to retain them and give them the material and moral incentives they deserve.
