تعاني المؤسسات الناشئة من مشكل التمويل خاصة في مراحلها الأولى أين تم الإعتماد على العديد من مصادر التمويل و يعتبر رأس المال المخاطر من بين التقنيات التي أثبتت نجاعتها.
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إستعراض تقنية رأس المال المخاطر كبديل تمويلي مستحدث يحل محل التمويل التقليدي مع الإشارة إلى الشركة المالية للاستثمار و المساهمة و التوظيف و مدى مساهمتها في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر.
تم التوصل إلى أن هذه التقنية في الجزائر مازالت حديثة نوعا ما أين يجب على هذه الشركة المالية أن تتحلى بروح المخاطرة لتحقيق تنمية فعلية للمؤسسات الحديثة النشأة.
Abstract EN
Emerging institutions sufferfrom the problem of financing, especially in theirearly stages, where many sources of financing have been reliedupon, and venture capital isamong the techniques that have proven to be effective.
Through this study, weaim to review the technology of venture capital as an innovative financing alternative that replaces traditional financing, with reference to the Financial Company for Investment, Contribution and Employment and the extent of its contribution to financing emerging institutions in Algeria.
It wasconcludedthat this technology in Algeria is stillsome what modern, where this financial company must show a spirit of risk in order to achieve actual development for the newlye stablished institutions.
