Abstract EN

The study examines the relationship between the quality of work life and its dimensions with the quality of health services statistically, as the data were subjected to various linear and curved models, with analysis and interpretation of their results, to obtain the most appropriate mathematical model in describing the relationship of predictability of the dependent variable according to the constant.

there is a simple linear relationship between the quality of work life and the quality of health services, as well as between the explanatory dimensions of work quality and the dependent variable, as they were studied bilaterally, and then examined all the variables representing the quality of work life and its relationship to the quality of health services in order to arrive at the improved model across the various multiple linear regression models, it was found that the dimensions (functional design, stability and job security, balance between personal and career life) are the most representative and influential for predicting the quality of health services.
