من أجل مواجهة فيروس كورونا و القضاء عليه، تبنت الجزائر إجراءات ماسة بحقوق الأفراد و حرياتهم الأساسية.
و كان مضمون هذه الإجراءات يتجلى بالدرجة الأولى بتقييد حرية التنقل، و ذلك بفرض حظر التجوال على الأفراد أو عند غلق جميع الموانئ سواء البحرية أو الجوية، و من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سوف نسلط الضوء على تأثير هذه الإجراءات على حقوق و الحريات.
Abstract EN
In order to confront and eliminate the Corona virus, Algeria has adopted diamond measures for the rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals.
the content of these procedures was primarily reflected in the restriction of freedom of movement, by imposing a curfew on individuals or when all ports, whether sea or air, were closed, and through this research paper we'll put a spotlight on the impact of these procedures on rights and freedoms.
