Organizations today are no longer confined in their human resources to one type only, but have become characterized by plurality and diversity, and since human resources are the source of success for institutions, it has become necessary to contain and value this diversity.

this research aims to highlight the impact of diversity (demographic and informatics) on dynamism of the work group, based on the descriptive analytical approach.

it was concluded that there is a positive and significant impact of diversity (demographic and informational) on the dynamics of the working group at Jijel hospital.
