Due to its main role in meeting institutions needs concerning skilled labor, able to realize organizational objectives ; selection is considered one of the most important human resources’ tasks.

it is the way to compare and then choose the most skilled and conpetent among candidates, based on scientific and objective criterias and steps ; starting from attraction, selection, then recruitment.

and since primary school teacher is considered among the most important basic component of any educational system, having a very sensitive responsibility in preparing reliable citizens, that could realize development in our country ; the current study aimed to explore how primary school teachers are selected in reality, based on interviewing a sample of young primary school teachers as a tool to reveal this reality, it was found through the results of this study that it is far from the scientific methods used in the recruitment process, which makes us imagine the extent of its impact on the education function and its results.
